Weigh-in Day

Well, the results are in. *Drum roll please*

10 lbs!!!!!!!

So far I am loving this plan. My hope is that I continue to lose, no matter how much. If I ever plateau I tend to get devastated and want to give up, thus putting on extra pounds in the process. I am excited about the loss. My new goal is to be more active so I can feel better as well. I still need the energy to back up the weight loss. That would be my incentive.
